30-day return/exchange policy and limited 12-month guarantee on our PROUD+ Outer Layers.
Returns & Exchanges:
- 30-Day Return Policy*,**: If you are not absolutely in love with any of our products, simply return within 30 days for refund or exchange*. To receive a refund or exchange, send us an email, info@theunityems.com, with the details of your issues and ship your product back to UNITY EMS, LLC P.O. Box 2384, Greenville, NC 27836. Once received, we will refund or exchange your product within 5 days of receipt.
- 6-Month Guarantee***: If you have any issues with your product’s reflectivity, finishes, or material durability, just give us a call, 616-666-3537, or send us an email, info@theunityems.com, and we will work closely with you to investigate and resolve the issue to ensure you and your team’s total satisfaction, performance, and safety.
* Refund does not include additional agency finishing (screen print or embroidery) costs. Exchanges are limited to products that do not have any custom finishes.
** Returns are not permitted on PROUD+ Custom Outer Layers.
***Guarantee is applicable only for defective units not full bulk orders. If a bulk order is purchased, the guarantee is applicable for only those units that experience defects not the entire order.
Order Cancellations and Modifications:
Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or modification can be made.
If you do need to make a cancellation or modification, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and our customer service team will work with you to make any accommodations possible.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. If cancelled prior to the start of production, the customer is responsible and will be invoiced for any expenses incurred (material, trims, freight) by UNITY EMS, LLC + a 10% service fee of the total order.
